Are your patterns only in English?

All of our patterns are in English and have UK terminology. Unfortunately we do not supply patterns in other languages.

Do you send patterns by post?

No, we do not post hard copy patterns. Our patterns are digital downloads sent as a PDF. They are sent via a link for you to download to your own device where you can print a copy.

I ordered a pattern but have not received a download link, what now?

After payment is received, you will receive an email confirming your payment and an email with a download link giving you access to your purchases. This is an automated process, so if you have not received your link within minutes, please check your junk/spam folder. If you still haven’t received it, please get in touch and we will be happy to resend it.

What will I receive?

You will receive an e-pattern PDF.

My download link has expired, what should I do?

Download links expire after 24 hours, but if you click on the link again a new refreshed link is sent to you. If you still experience difficulties, please get in touch and we will be happy to resend.

Can I sell the finished items or your patterns?

You are welcome to sell any finished items.

Please do not resell or duplicate any part of the knitting patterns that you receive. This includes selling photocopies or distributing PDF files. All patterns are copyright to Pizpaw Patterns.

Are Pizpaw Patterns available on other sites?

Our knitting patterns are available at Etsy, Ravelry and Lovecrafts.
