Payment
Payment is made securely by Paypal. You do not need to have an account with Paypal to use their system to pay securely via credit card.
Please note, your security is important to us and Pizpaw Patterns do not record or store any card payment information.
Delivery of your knitting patterns
An email will be sent to you immediately after payment with a link to your pattern. Please see below for an example of the email you will receive.
Please remember to save the pattern to your own device.
If you cannot locate your pattern, remember to check the following:
1. The email address associated with your Paypal account as this is the email address we will send the pattern to.
2. Your download folder.
3. Your junk folder.
3. Also check that your device is not blocking downloads.
Your pattern will be sent in PDF format.
If you do not receive a pattern or experience any difficulties, please email us and we will be happy to help.
