Knitting pattern for a Sweater with White Cat Motif by Pizpaw Patterns. To fit a baby or toddler in 6 different sizes: 0-3, 3-6, 6-9, 9-12, 12-24 and 24-36 months.
To fit chest: 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 and 22 inches or 31, 36, 41, 46, 51 and 56 cms.
The sweater has a cat motif with a small amount of embroidery required for the whiskers, nose and mouth. One shoulder has a 3 button opening to make it easier to lift the sweater over baby’s head.
The pattern uses double knitting wool (an alternative for overseas knitters would be USA light worsted or Australian 8 ply) and you will need 3.25mm and 4mm straight needles and 3 buttons.
The picture shows the sweater knitted for size 24-36 months using Robin DK in shades Turquoise (281), White (040), Black (044) and Emerald (091).
